| DELIVERY DETAILS - The price shown for the various
Play Systems include delivery up to 20 miles. Anything mileage over
that is $3.00 a mile |

| CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY - Play System site must be level.
If site isn't level, Play System will be installed as it. Any
question, please ask for delivery crew phone number. For playhouses we
need clearance as wide as playhouse plus 6 inches. There is a $40.00
fence removal fee, but please remember there are some fences that we can't
remove, so please call delivery crew. An additional $150.00 fee will
be added for us having to return because of inaccessibility. Thank You
