THE DELUXE CONTEMPORARY:  This combination of our Contemporary Playhouse is one of our largest and most fun filled sets.  This set will fascinate and delight the children of your life no matter what age.  They will develop confidence and coordination as they discover the challenges of swings, 8' and 10' slides, entrance ladder, monkey bars, fire pole, trapeze bar, bridge, and gangplank.  Breakdown:  Contemporary without ropes, 1 rung ladder, gangplank, 8 ft. slide, bridge, firepole, side railing opening, cont. emnd ladder, cont. overhead ladder, trapeze, 2 swings, glider, 10 ft. slide, lawnswings, & 2 A Frames.

DETAILS ON DELIVERY

The prices includes set up and mileage up to 20 miles (delivery starts from the Gap area) anything over 20 miles is $3.00 per mile.  Pick up is available here at Jake's but keep in mind, you will need a truck to accommodate the play system.

Customers Responsibility -- Site must be fully prepared and accessible.  For playhouses, we need clearance as wide as playhouse plus 6 inches, unless special arrangements have been made.  We are not equipped to remove trees, shrubs and some types of fences.  There will be additional charge for have to return because of inaccessibility.  Thank You
